Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or our services shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or $500 CAD, whichever is greater.

All service fees, pricing, and payment terms shall be specified in individual quotes or invoices provided by Brolvyn Engineering Ltd. Unless otherwise stated, invoices are due within thirty (30) days of issuance.
Payment must be made in Canadian dollars (CAD) via the methods specified on the invoice. Late payments may incur interest charges at the rate of 1.5% per month or the maximum rate permitted by law, whichever is lower.
We reserve the right to suspend services if payment is not received within thirty (30) days of the due date. Continued non-payment may result in termination of services and pursuit of legal remedies.
Both parties acknowledge that they may receive confidential information in the course of their business relationship. Each party agrees to maintain the confidentiality of such information and not disclose it to third parties without prior written consent, except as required by law or court order.
Confidential information does not include information that: (a) is or becomes publicly available through no breach of this obligation; (b) is rightfully received from a third party without confidentiality obligations; (c) is independently developed without use of the other party's confidential information; or (d) must be disclosed by law.
